Short term coaching
An awesome way of introducing some coaching into your business
I love going into businesses and teams for a couple of days / hours and just giving them a little nudge on their projects and team work.
It really can be like a breath of fresh air to bring in another viewpoint, some refreshed organisation or someone to help focus the team.
For you, there is no massive contract. Just an agreed number of hours or days.
For me there is the satisfaction of adding true value whilst having the freedom to walk away!
